Unique design choices for our cleanrooms
Plant engineering and machinery integration*
Rossetto’s modular panels are manufactured with the option of various exterior panel surfaces and insulation, up to 40mm thick, allowing electrical outlets, lighting, air return and mechanical components to be placed within the wall cavity prior to installation on site. Light switches and sockets can be installed and pre-wired into the panels during panel fabrication at our factory. This not only reduces on-site risks for electrical work, but also reduces installation time and costs.

Specific finishes and profiles
We pay special attention to the finishes of our cleanrooms by designing special profiles to join the walls together. Our range includes rounded aluminium profiles of our own production for both internal and external corners so that all the right angles created by the intersection between the wall and the ceiling, between the wall and the flooring, and between the wall and the wall can be eliminated, thus avoiding the deposit of dust in places that are difficult to reach for cleaning. The construction of these special floor shelves ensures an adequate hygienic condition and allow easy and immediate cleaning of the surface.
Walkable and earthquake-resistant pharmaceutical ceilings
Rossetto’s modular cleanroom provides the necessary structural strength required for a truly walkable ceiling system. With its self-supporting steel structure, our cleanroom has a fully walkable ceiling.
This allows direct installation of equipment and the movement of maintenance personnel on the ceiling, eliminating the need for expensive and obstructive walkways and mezzanines. The interstitial space of the walkable ceiling allows easy access to control instruments and dampers, as well as maintenance of lights from outside the clean envelope.
Pre-engineered Pharma Panels.
Unlike most modular clean rooms on the market, Rossetto clean room panels are prefabricated and designed in our factory for quick and easy installation. Our pre-engineered panels are assembled and installed coplanar with both glazing and integrated systems. Prefabrication of cleanroom components at the factory allows for quality, flexibility, prompt delivery and installation time, elements that greatly minimise on-site contingencies and the need to make additional adjustments and cuts.
