Thanks to 3D modelling, it is possible to optimise the space, prevent errors and visualise the interactions between the various components, such as the positioning of equipment, air ducts and control panels.
Using 3D simulation software (e.g. ‘CFD’ – Computational Fluid Dynamics), air flows are analysed, ensuring that filters and ventilation systems work as intended. This is crucial to validate that the cleanroom operates correctly before construction. Our technical department is constantly working with the design processes, which normally end with a complete layout in 3D simulation. The final realisation of the cleanroom must then be exactly as designed in 3D. Our modular prefabricated systems allow for fast assembly and easy future maintenance of the plant.
